Welcome to 4848 Pajama ("we," "our," "the Shop"), part of the 4848 brand family. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. 4848 Pajama is connected to the ZakGT Platform for user accounts, authentication, and payment processing. Your use of a ZakGT account is also subject to the ZakGT Platform Terms of Service.

To place orders, you must create a ZakGT account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account must be registered to a real person. You must provide accurate email and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in ZakGT Coins. The exchange rate is fixed at: 1 Coin = $1 USD = ៛4,000 KHR. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are locked at the price shown at checkout. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified. Orders in "Pending" status may be cancelled within 1 hour by contacting us on Telegram.

We accept ZakGT Coins, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and KHQR (ABA, Wing, etc.). All payments are processed through the ZakGT Platform's secure payment system. ZakGT Coins purchased are non-refundable once used for an order. Coin balances remain in your ZakGT account and do not expire.

We ship pajamas within Cambodia and internationally. Domestic delivery takes 2-5 business days. Orders over 50 coins ($50) receive free domestic shipping. Under that, a $3 shipping fee applies. All items are carefully packed to prevent damage. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

We want you to love your pajamas! The following return/exchange rules apply: • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. • You must contact us first via Telegram or email to initiate a return. • We will provide a replacement or store credit — cash refunds are not available. • Buyer pays return shipping costs. • Final sale items (marked "No Returns") cannot be returned. • Sizing exchanges are free for the first exchange — contact us with the size you need.

All pajamas sold on 4848 Pajama are manufactured with quality materials. While we ensure consistent quality, please note: colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences, minor variations in stitching or pattern placement are normal for handcrafted items, fabric softness increases after first wash. Photos on the website are representative. Size guides are provided — please measure before ordering. All sales are final for intimate apparel items (underwear, lingerie).

Family Bundle deals include pre-selected combinations of pajamas for the whole family at a discounted price. Bundle contents are as described on the product page. Individual items within a bundle cannot be substituted or returned separately. Bundle pricing is only valid when purchasing the complete bundle.

ZakGT Coins used on 4848 Pajama follow the ZakGT Platform coin policies. Coins spent on orders are non-refundable (replacements/store credit are provided under the return policy, not cash refunds). Coin balances are managed through your ZakGT account. Any disputes about coin balances should be directed to ZakGT Platform support.
