How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Thailand): 1-3 business days. International: 7-14 business days. Express options available at checkout.

Is shipping free?

What is your return policy?

7-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact support to initiate a return.

How does free size exchange work?

If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days. We'll send the correct size and a prepaid return label for the original item — completely free!

Can I return a bundle?

Yes, you can return the entire bundle or exchange individual items within the bundle. Each item must meet return conditions.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Coins are credited back to your ZakGT account.

Each product includes specific care instructions. Generally: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Silk items require hand wash or delicate cycle.

Do flannel pajamas shrink?

Flannel may shrink 2-3% after the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to minimize shrinkage.
